Massey Hyundai has always prided itself on being a part of the wider Hagerstown community. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that we were able to help support this year’s Aspiring to Serve Golf Tournament.
The Tournament
Aspiring to Serve has held their annual golf tournament for the last ten years at the Black Rock Golf Course in Hagerstown, MD. This year’s event took place on Friday, August 21, and it proved to be a resounding success.
The last ten years have shown just how popular the event has become and just how generous the people of Hagerstown, Winchester, and the surrounding areas can be. All proceeds were used to support the Aspiring to Serve Community Center, and we were even able to showcase the new Elantra during the proceedings.
Aspiring to Serve
Aspiring to Serve is a nonprofit organization that aims to provide high-quality, low-cost space in partnership with community service organizations. They are dedicated to housing nonprofit organizations along with for-profit tenants who serve the needs of the wider community.
The organization is currently overseeing the renovation of the old Hagerstown Cannon Shoe Building, located just next to Christ's Reformed Church, UCC, at 140 W. Franklin Street. It is our hope that the money raised during this month’s golf tournament will help them reach their goal.
