Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (PCA) can alert the driver of a potential hazard by providing an audible warning and applying light braking. PCA is active when the vehicle is in reverse and operating at low speeds. Never rely exclusively on PCA. PCA cannot prevent all collisions and may not provide alerts or braking in all conditions. Always look over your shoulder and use your mirrors to confirm rear clearance. There are limitations to the function, detection, range and clarity of the system. See Owner's Manual for feature further details and limitations.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection is intended to be a supplement to safe driving practices. The system is not designed to detect certain stationary objects such as trees or poles, and may not detect all vehicles or pedestrians under certain conditions. The system is a driver assistance system and is not a substitute for safe driving. The driver is responsible for being attentive and maintaining control of the vehicle, and should not wait for the system's alerts before braking as there may not be sufficient time to brake safely. See Owner's Manual for feature further details and limitations.

Driver Attention Warning (DAW) is only a warning to inform the driver of a potential lack of driver attention or drowsiness. It does not detect and provide an alert in every situation. It is the driver's responsibility to remain alert at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) will not work under all circumstances. It functions when it is able to detect painted lane markings. It cannot function if the lane markings cannot be seen clearly, if the lines are faded, or during dusk without headlights on, with snow, rain, sleet, dust, leaves or standing water on road, sudden changes in brightness such as shadows, tunnel exits/entrances, low sunlight angle causing reflections, multiple lane markings or criss-crossed lines, tar crack sealer and cracked or broken road surfaces. It also may not function on very rough roads, when walls, curbs or concrete barriers are close by, or if following another car too closely. Since it "sees" the lane markings using a camera in the upper windshield area, it is imperative this area be clear and free of blockage such as stickers, dirt, snow, tinting material, markings and labels. Avoid putting objects on the dashboard that may reflect light or images onto the system camera area. Lane Keeping Assist is not a substitute for safe driving practices, but is a supplemental assist only. The driver is responsible for always maintaining command and control of the vehicle and must keep hands on the wheel at all times. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Smart Cruise Control disengages at speeds below 6 mph. Smart Cruise Control (SCC) is not a collision avoidance or warning device. SCC is for highway use only and should not be used in poor weather, heavy or varying traffic, or on winding or slippery roads. Driver remains responsible to slow or stop the vehicle to avoid a collision. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) helps the driver by warning of other cars in the blind spot region and can apply braking to help prevent an unsafe lane change. It senses the rear side territory of the vehicle when it is traveling over 20 mph. It will not detect all vehicles or objects in the blind spot. Its operation depends on the size, distance, angle and relative speed difference between your car and other cars. BCA may not operate if sensors are obscured in any way. Do not rely exclusively on BCA. BCA is a supplemental system and the driver must still be attentive and exercise caution when driving. It is important to always signal, look over your shoulder and through your mirrors before changing lanes. It is the driver's responsibility to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Lane Following Assist (LFA), when actively engaged with Smart Cruise Control or Highway Drive Assist, can help keep the vehicle centered in its lane only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road. Lane Following Assist will not work under all circumstances and will not prevent loss of control. Lane Following Assist is a supplemental assist, and does not replace the need for extreme care and attention by the driver. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) can alert the driver of a potential hazard by providing an audible warning and applying light braking. Under the 3 Day Worry-Free Exchange, a customer who purchases or leases a new Hyundai vehicle from a participating dealer may return the Hyundai vehicle for any reason to exchange it for another new Hyundai vehicle, provided that: 1) the Hyundai vehicle is returned to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased or leased within three (3) days from the date of purchase/lease (with the three-day period being extended by one day if the final day of the three-day period falls when the dealership is closed); 2) the returned vehicle is in "like new" condition (e.g., the automobile has not been in an accident and is free from modifications, dents, scratches, tears, breaks, cracks, stains, etc.) as determined by the dealer in its discretion; 3) the customer has driven the returned vehicle less than 300 miles from the date of purchase/lease; and 4) the returned vehicle is free from any outside lien. If the returned vehicle meets all of these requirements, the customer may exchange it for another new Hyundai vehicle, subject to the mutual agreement of the customer and dealer on the terms of the new vehicle purchase or lease. TERMS OF Hyundai Complimentary Maintenance PROGRAM (HCM)*

· Complimentary on all new Model Year 2020 - 2021 Hyundai retail vehicles sold on and after February 1, 2020, excluding 2021 NEXO. (Hyundai retail vehicles purchased before February 1, 2020 do not qualify for HCM).

· Available on all Hyundai models, excluding 2021 NEXO.

· Covers oil and oil filter changes, and tire rotations, Normal Maintenance Schedule Intervals only. See the Owner's Manual for each vehicle model for full details.

· 3 years / 36,000 miles of coverage, whichever comes first.

· HCM services are only available at authorized Hyundai servicing dealers.

· Each service must be obtained within 1,000 miles or 1 month of the designated time listed in the Owner's Manual. A customer's failure to redeem services prior to the expiration of the applicable mileage/term will not void any unredeemed future services.

· Commercial, Certified Pre-Owned, used, and fleet vehicles are excluded, but professional use, i.e., realtor or outside sales, is allowed.

· Complimentary maintenance is not transferable; available to original owner/first retail customers only (except it can be transferred from spouse to spouse).

· Only covers basic services listed in the Owner's Manual at the time specified. Normal wear and tear items such as engine and air filters, cabin filter, wiper blades, brake pads, etc. are not covered. Any additional maintenance due to severe driving is the customer's responsibility.
