Why do I need an oil change?

Every vehicle will naturally break down car oil and decrease the vehicle's ability to absorb heat and properly lubricate the engine over time. Going too long without changing the oil can cause your engine to overheat or, even worse, begin seizing. We recommend having your oil changed every 3,750 miles.
